Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Preorder items will be charged at the time of order and shipped on or around the release dates listed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates only and can be occasionally delayed due to the manufacturers.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by submitting a request through your account:

After notifying us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We will refund your payment, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return). Please note that if you selected a premium or express shipping option, only the cost of our standard delivery will be refunded.

Items must be returned in their original condition. If a returned item shows signs of use beyond inspection (e.g. broken spine, annotations, tears, or significant wear), we reserve the right to deduct up to 100% of the item's value from your refund to reflect its diminished resale value.

Refunds are issued using your original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital content (e.g. ebooks, audiobooks) where delivery has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose your withdrawal right upon download.
• Sealed audio, video, or software if the seal has been broken.
• Custom-made or personalized items, including signed, dedicated, and personalized books and collectibles.
